19th November
Junior was ill from the 19th November to 24 th November. Vet suspects he has parasites in him since he large intestines were inflammed/swollen. She prescribed Stomorgyl however, Junior took it only on the first day and he rejected them thereafter.
25th November
Junior seems to have a super day, full of energy and playing.
26th November
Junior had an okay start and at 5 pm, I gave him an egg. He went for a long walk with his dad and came home and slept and slept. He kept going under cover. He rejected his 8.30 pm food but we force fed him his kwark and 1 vitotaal. He ate a teeny bit at 11.30 pm and that was it.
27th November
10 am -- Junior rejected his food of cooked and grinded turkey, broccoli and cauliflower.
Days like last night and this morning, I feel a bit anxious. I prayed real hard just now and feel better that God is in control over our situation, over Junior. He knows what has happened, is happening and will happen. It's been a roller coaster ride of sorts for us but we put all our faith on Jesus. Some days are better than others and I pray Junior will somehow miraculously live till the time appointed for him by God.
PS- Junior keeps rejecting the kwark and Flaxseed oil. I am quite worried

Junior --- September 2012
1st - 10th September 2012
Junior is doing well. He eats, plays, rests and poops normal. He is tired sometimes and I think that's normal for a dog in his situation and age. Since 1st August I have included 4 capsules of vitotaal brand of flaxseed oil everyday.
So he gets 1/2 teaspoon of Jacob Hooy Flaxseed oil and 2 teaspoons of Albert Heijn Organic low fat kwark, mixed together, 3 times a day (9 am, 1.30 pm, 4.30 pm).
At 8.30 pm he gets 4 capsules of Vitotaal flaxseed oil mixed with 2 teaspoons of AH Organic low fat kwark.
His meals are still mostly the same, vegetables and meat. He gets 1 egg on alternate days.
3/4 capsule of Milk Thistle and 1 capsule of turmeric.
Junior doesn't drink water since January. Why I don't know. So I give him slightly soupy meals. *smile*.
I love Junior and I bless him everyday. We still pray over him, laying our hands on him and praying that God will heal him. We actually thank God that He has healed him.

Junior is in some kind of pain. He yips or gives out a pain sound. It's about a week now. We thought that maybe he jumped from the couch and landed in a bad position and therefore he hurts. He peeps when we carry him up to bed and he wants to rush to the bed but something hurts and he yips.
This morning, we came back from shopping and he yipped with pain a few times, mostly when he lifts his body to reach the hubby. We don't know if it's his back, neck or leg. Or is it pain from cancer.???
All the visible cancer tumours look shrunk. So I don't know what is causing him this pain. Is it muscle pain or cancer pain.
Today, I burst into tears 2 times when I met someone I know. Just couldn't hold on. Just burst out tearing.
I pray my boy will recover soon. I pray my boy is not in pain. But when he does have more pain, yipping more times, then we have to consider the dreaded decision of putting him to sleep. I can't bear that. But his happiness is more important than ours. Junior, mama loves you. You made mommy happy for nearly 9 years. His birthday is on 19th October. He will be 9. We pray for more years to come with him, us all together. I have no children and he is my child, my baby.

Been giving Junior Moderin (methylprednisolone) and till yesterday, the swelling on his right paw seems to go down. But today around midday, he was limping again. So husband made an appointment with another Vet for tomorrow and we will know more. I pray my boy will recover soon from this.
Since Junior lost alot of weight, about 700 gms, and he is now 4 kg (8.8lbs), we decided to add some dog food for him. Alex bought a can of Hill's Recovery and a bag of Royal Canine Gastro Intestinal dry food. We gave him the RC yesterday and he was so happy eating that. We gave him just 50 gms. The rest of the day he had his normal meat and vegetables meal.
25 Sept
Today, I gave him the Hill's Recovery food ..... he ate happily but during his 6 pm walk, he had diarrhoea. So we will stop with Hill's Recovery. Perhaps give one can per month or so. Hopefully he adds on more weight since winter will soon come.
For the rest, he has been good, eating well, sleeping alot (because of the Moderin). We continue to pray daily for him that Jesus will give him an extension of life and that he be brought back home on the command of our Lord.
I read Psalms 34 today and feel very comforted.

1st August 2012
0630hrs -- Junior vomitted. I think it was because of the half teaspoon of Jacob Hooy flaxseed oil that I gave the previous day.
0900 hrs - 3 capsules
1200 hrs - 4 capsules
1730 hrs - 4 capsules
2100 hrs - 2 capsules
Whole day was slightly more than 1 and half teaspoons of Flaxseed oil and kwark.
We went to the garden for about 2 hours. Junior enjoyed himself.
Came home and Junior was tired the whole day. He pooped good the whole day.
2 August
0730 hrs - Woke up, J and I.
0800 hrs - gave 3 capsules of oil with kwark.
0900 hrs - Junior pooped good (hard).
1000 hrs - Junior ate cooked meat and vege.
1400 hrs - 4 caps
1430 hrs - 4 small piece meat and cauliflower
Looks like Junior feels a bit tired this morning. We prayed over him and Our Lord will hear our cries and pleas. Junior perked up after 1300 hrs. Praise God.

5 August
Gave Junior 5 x 1/4 teaspoons ( 1 and 1/4 tsp of Flaxseed oil with double the low fat organic Kwark. Junior looked well the whole day. He started slow in the morning but by 4 pm he was fully energised. However, around 9 pm he looked uncomfortable, as though he wanted to throw up. Husband brought him out in case he needed to poop. Junior just urined and no poop.
So, it's 4 days now since he vomitted and I am glad.
6th August
I am still going to give him a total of 1 1/4 teaspoons of oil today mixed with double the amount of kwark. Timings - 0900, 1200, 1500, 1800, 2100 hrs.
His food will be the same, meat and vegetables plus 3/4 capsule milk thistle and 1 turmeric capsule.
When I feel he looks comfortable or improves on his performance I will increase his flaxseed oil to a total of 1 1/2 teaspoon per day and give that for a few days. My goal is to slowly increase his flaxseed oil to 2 1/4 teaspoons per day.
Junior took a turn for the worst exactly on Friday the 13th July. That's when we realised that that brand of flaxseed oil we bought at the nature store was not working. He threw up a few times before Friday the 13th. But on this day, he vomitted and had the diarrhoea 5 times. He was practically shooting liquid poop out and he was in pain.
So that evening Alex bought flaxseed oil capsules and I gave him 2 or 3 for starters. It arrested the diarrhoea problem. Slowly I increased the flaxseed oil amount but he threw up some times. Right now he is on Jacob Hooy flaxseed oil and AH low far organic Kwark. The last time he threw up was at 6 am 1st August. It's now 6th August and Praise God he is doing good.
My boy is 8 yrs going on to 9 in October. He is my best friend and I am not ready to let him go. As long as he has no pain I am glad. Each day we both pray over him and God has so far sustained him.

7 August
Junior has done extremely well today. My boy. Anyway, I increased his Flaxseed oil to a total of 1 1/2 teaspoon today. That is half teaspoon of oil and 2 teaspoons of low fat organic Kwark. I gave at 9 am, 4 pm and the last one at 8 pm.
His appetite is back and he is playing like a puppy. Praise God.

8th August
Jay is doing well Praise God. He is a miracle dog. He had extraordinary energy today. Alex brought him to the garden and I was told that he enjoyed tremendously. Praise God. All Glory be to God.
Flaxseed oil - 1 1/2 teaspoons total.
I will hold this amount for a week and then increase it to 2 teaspoons per day and hold it there for a week or two and finally increase it to 2 1/2 teaspoons per day. That should be good for his weight. Junior has lost alot of weight and I am slowly adding slightly more to his amount. He eats cooked meat and vegetables (spinach, cabbage, cauliflower, brocolli, ginger, zuchinni (courgette), paprika (capsicum).

15th August
Going excellent with our little dog. I praise God with every cell in our body.
I need to increase his flaxseed oil till he reaches 2 teaspoons of oil per day .... I will slowly add the increase this week, perhaps 1/4 teaspoon. Then next week another 1/4 extra and that will bring it to a total of 2 teaspoons per day.
Junior, our minipinscher dog is pooping good.
I must add that 1st August we discovered another 2 small tumors/lumps. Total visible is now 4. The one on his right paw and left paw have shrunk considerably. Thank God.
25th August -- Junior threw up at 11 pm
Junior threw up this evening (after 25 days of being well). I think I must have fed him a wee bit too much. He had his flaxseed oil and kwark at 9.20 pm. Then by about 9.35 pm I called him to eat his dinner. So maybe the two food came too close to each other.
We need to start monitoring him very closely now. We continue to pray that Jesus will keep him safe.

Junior threw up 4 times around mid day. Around 1 pm I gave him 2 capsules of the flaxseed oil with 2 tsp of kwark (instead of the Jacob Hooy Flaxseed oil.)
He went out with his dad and according to dad he was behaving like a young pup. He pooped a small amount but thick (no diarrhoea).
They came home and he came to the kitchen and I gave him his cooked food but he doesn't feel like eating it. His father is cutting his red meat (beef) into small pieces to put into the freezer. So Junior is very loyally sitting next to dad hoping some piece might fall to the floor.
My heart broke for a moment yesterday and I prayed that it was a one time thing. But this noon when he threw up 4 times .... I felt shattered. We both prayed over him. We just got to trust that Jesus has everything in control, the good times and the bad times. Our faith in God has grown over the months. We rely on HIM for total strength in character. When we are in our saddest period, that's when we actually feel God's comfort and consolation. We continue to trust in God. He is the maker of this life and everything in it. Everything born has to someday die, including us and our doggie too. I prayed before that God can take Junior when HE wants to. I pray that the disease doesn't take him.
Junior seems to have sudden energy right now at 2 pm. Perhaps it was yesterday's food. Perhaps I didn't cook it too long. Perhaps I kept it too long in the fridge. I cooked his 11 am food and the leftover he ate at 5 pm. Perhaps it was too old. I don't know. Perhaps the Kwark was too old. Last night was the 3rd day. Every tub of kwark has to be used within 4 days. Perhaps the Flaxseed oil was old (the bottle was nearly empty yesterday. This morning I opened a new bottle.)
It tears the heartstrings. But we got to stay positive and think positive. We are praying that from now onwards he gets better. No more vomitting episode.
29th August
When I woke up in the morning I saw Junior sitting on the bed edge. My heart sank. So I quickly got dressed and brought him to the living room. We slept on his bed. Around 8.30 am I made flaxseed oil and kwark and gave him. Did something in the kitchen and thought I would check on him and he was standing and looking like he was going to throw up. My heart sank another time. So, I brought him out for his walk and when he walk he gave one peep of pain sound. I prayed. Jesus please help this dog, my dog. He managed to poop, once a thick amount and the next was quite wet. I wasn't happy with the wet part.
Him peeping with pain brought back memories of all those times he was in pain. I prayed even harder.
Thank God he was okay the whole day and didn't throw up.
Anyway, around lunch time I gave him 4 capsules of flaxseed oil from Vitotaal. In between he had 2 times half teaspoon of FO (flaxseed oil) and kwark. In the night I gave him 3 capsules of Vitotaal oil and kwark.
He slept that night and we had no issues.

We went to the garden, Junior and us. It rained. *smile*.
0900 - 3 vitotaal capsules oil with kwark.
1145 hrs - breakfast. (he was late this morning).
1230 hrs - 1/2 tsp of Jacob Hooi FO and kwark.
1430 hrs - his meal of vege and meat.
1630 hrs - 1/2 tsp of JH FO and kwark.
1800hrs - Dinner for J was meat and cauliflower and broccoli, cabbage.
2030 hrs - 3 capsules of Vitotaal FO and kwark.
2230 hrs - small dinner of meat, veg, tumeric
This evening, on the couch, I just ran my finger on one of the tumor that was on his left front paw and felt that the lump was slightly bigger.
Ran my finger to check the tumor that was on his right leg, near elbow, was still shrunk. Am glad for that.
Just have to keep our faith and trust that our Lord is in control over every aspect of our lives, both in life and death.
I told Jesus that I was tired, really tired and HE flashed *I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me* ..... Suddenly, my mind felt alert. Praise God.
Junior has been ill since year 2010 -- vomitting and constant diarrhoea. Last year, 2011, he had bouts of diarrhoea and vomitting and each time the vet just gave medication.
This year, 2012, January 23, we brought him to the Vet and she felt that his liver was slightly bigger. Send him for scanning and 2 tumors were found. One in the liver and another near the beginning of his small intestine.
In March, after a month of FO and Kwark, we brought him for a checkup and the vet said that the liver felt suppel, flexible.
It's August now. So, God has actually given him an extra 2 years. 2010 beginning of illness and now August 2012. It's still a blessing that we still got our boy with us.

Friday 13th July
Junior became ill today, 5 times diarrhoea and vomitting much. These were all the old symptoms when he was first diagnosed with cancer.
I can't believe that the flaxseed oil and kwark didn't work on him. I think I know why. We started him off on Vitotaal capsules and then worked it up. We ordered Flaxseed oil online, 2 times, a total of 12 bottles of oil. That worked well. Then we bought 6 bottles from a store here in the city and we gave that to him. One bottle was finished and that's when he started getting these symptoms.
I should have noticed the symptoms but I was too stupid for that. On this day when I think back, yes, he has been rejecting food and we have been force feeding him. Even the flaxseed oil and kwark that he normally loves so much, he didn't want to eat.
Anyway, on this friday, Alex bought Vitotaal capsules again and I gave him 4 capsules plus Kwark. His diarrhoea stopped and although he pooped thin, but it was not like liquid shooting out. Glad.

Hope you are feeding him a proper dog diet too. Meat and a little vegetables. Avoid corn/maize and rice. All those dog foods contain too much of maize or corn and rice as fillers. Can give him fish oil that is rich in omega 3. Socks is a good idea Mr Alex. Perhaps taping the top with musking tape (not on the fur, just around the socks, not too tight) will help.
Shana love, whenever possible please talk about the Flaxseed oil and Kwark combination to your dog lover friends if any dog suffers from cancer, athritis. My neighbour in the garden, don't feed his dog with any dog food and he said that she was not once sick. I believe that. My dog since we changed his diet to meat and grinded raw vegetables is doing well even though he has tumors in his body. I believe food can make a big difference to our pets. We are responsible for their food intake. I am also very proud of you. Keep it up sweetie. Aunty loves you!!!!
I live in the Netherlands (born in singapore). Flaxseed oil and Kwark is a diet used on cancer patients. For some it works, for some not. My dog was diagnosed with cancer in January because he has 2 tumors in the body, one 4cm in the liver and another near the stomach. He has an epilude on his right upper gum and a small tumor on his right leg. I searched the internet and one american fed his dog that had leukemia this Flaxseed oil and low fat cottage cheese diet and vegetables and meat. His dog lived for another 7 years and died of old age. I searched more on this diet and quite a few people write that their dog was doing better. My dog is not vomitting, not having diarrhoea and not in pain anymore because we feed him meat and vegetables (grinded), 2 hard boiled eggs a week, fish oil rich in Omega 3, milk thistle capsule and turmeric capsule. The vet said that his liver feels flexible (March) as compared to when it was hard in January. His blood test came out better in March than in January. Actually January she prepare us about putting him to sleep when he is in too much pain. But my boy survived. The epilude in his mouth has shrunken. The tumor on his right leg was small but is now smaller.
In singapore you need to search online or go to Nature shops .... search for Organic Cold Pressed Flaxseed oil. The Budwig Diet talks about 1 part Flaxseed oil to 2 parts Quark (german Quark, dutch Kwark). Americans use Flaxseed oil and low fat cottage cheese. It seems there is a German supermarket in ??? forgot, got to do a search on google.
For my dog when I use the low fat cottage cheese he still had the fever. A few brands of Kwark sold here, only one brand he takes that suits him (meaning he got no fever).
It's not a cure for cancer but it shrinks the tumor and keeps it from growing. Some humans and dogs are lucky to survive but some don't make it. My dog was blessed to survive it. In January he was very ill but from end February onwards with his changed diet he is much much better and healthier.
We stopped giving him any form of dog food since 1st February. Last week we gave him a doggie snack and he was threatening to throw up. So that too we stopped.
You search on google Budwig Diet and canine cancer .... and can read what others write. My dog is 4.3 kg so I give him 1 tsp of Organic cold pressed flaxseed oil blended with 2 tsp or 3 tsp low fat Kwark. Must blend til totally blended and no sign of oil. I give this combo 3 times a day. Bigger dogs will consume more.
The milk thistle capsule I gave to my dog is to help the liver get better .... also helped to cure him of his cataracts on both eyes (in 2 weeks).
Meat -- we give him Beef. We buy meat, cut to small pieces and cook for 10 minutes or so to kill any bacteria. If healthy dog, no need to cook. Then we freeze the meat in small portions. Every day he gets 100 gms of meat. Vegetables -- for cancer, we buy paprika (capsicum), spinach, cabbage, brocolli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, ginger and courgette (zuccini) -- everything is cut to small pieces and we freeze it. Everyday I take out a bit of every vegetables (raw) and grind with the defrosted meat. He eats that for 2 meals. Then, another 2 meals is just meat alone. Healthy dogs can eat more varieties of vegetables. Don't give pork. Chicken .... here the chicken like got alot of hormones injected to them. Cows too. But we cannot afford to buy him organic meat.
For me my dog is my son and I his mother. I will take a bullet for him, just like he will take a bullet for me.
Based on my research in end of January for Canine cancer, 100 lbs dog (45 kg dog) is 6 tablespoons of flaxseed oil per day. 50 lbs dog (22 kg) is 3 tbsp flaxseed oil per day. 25 lbs (11 kg dog) is 1 and half tbsp oil per day. My dog is 4.3 (was 4.7kg) I give him 1 tbsp of flaxseed oil per day.
I started with a quarter teaspoon oil with half tsp low fat kwark, mixed it really good till no oil is seen, then feed the dog. Have to start small amount and I built it up over weeks until he reach 3 tsp (1 tbsp) per day. This is to avoid diarrhoea. He was shitting bloody poop in the beginning and I had no idea if any of his organs are damaged. But thank God his bloody poop stopped after a week. The bloody poop happened because of the stupid painkiller medication that stripped a part of his stomach lining. But luckily that stopped.
So you need to calculate your dog's weight and give accordingly. My dog has cancer so I give max 3 teaspoons (1 tbsp) per day.
The organic cold pressed flaxseed oil, has to be kept in the fridge because it can spoil. So everyday when open the bottle have to smell it to see if it went bad. Mine so far has not gone bad. We buy 250 ml bottles here. The low fat kwark sold in dutch supermarkts .... one tub once opened to be used within 4 days but we give him until 3 days because we notice that when we give him 4 day old kwark he gets diarhoea. So husband and I and the dog consume the kwark everyday to help finish the tub by 3rd day. The 1 part flaxseed oil blended with 2 parts or more low fat Kwark will become a new product and is rich in omega 3 and will go into the cells and give oxygen .... this is what I read. I believe it because my boy is energised.

Dr Budwig was a german lady, so she used Quark (Kwark) in her explanations. But the americans maybe don't have Quark or Kwark ... they use low fat cottage cheese. I think low fat cottage cheese can be bought in your NTUC. For my dog I tried the low fat cottage cheese for a day but he still had fever. So I used low fat French Kwark (sold here). I had to try quite a few brands before I got the one that was suitable for him.
Lastly, the spoon that you use for the oil DON'T use that to scoop the kwark or cottage cheese, the kwark will spoil or go bad. I normally use 2 spoons.

At first I didn't know if this Flaxseed oil and Kwark will work but I was not prepared to loose my 8yr old miniature pincher ... so I prayed and then tried it. Praise God, it works for my boy. Hope you are feeding him a proper dog diet too. Meat and a little vegetables. Avoid corn/maize and rice. All those dog foods contain too much of maize or corn and rice as fillers. Can give him fish oil that is rich in omega 3. Socks is a good idea Mr Alex. Perhaps taping the top with musking tape (not on the fur, just around the socks, not too tight) will help.
Shana love, whenever possible please talk about the Flaxseed oil and Kwark combination to your dog lover friends if any dog suffers from cancer, athritis. My neighbour in the garden, don't feed his dog with any dog food and he said that she was not once sick. I believe that. My dog since we changed his diet to meat and grinded raw vegetables is doing well even though he has tumors in his body. I believe food can make a big difference to our pets. I live in the Netherlands (born in singapore). Flaxseed oil and Kwark is a diet used on cancer patients. For some it works, for some not. My dog was diagnosed with cancer in January because he has 2 tumors in the body, one 4cm in the liver and another near the stomach. He has an epilude on his right upper gum and a small tumor on his right leg. I searched the internet and one american fed his dog that had leukemia this Flaxseed oil and low fat cottage cheese diet and vegetables and meat. His dog lived for another 7 years and died of old age. I searched more on this diet and quite a few people write that their dog was doing better. My dog is not vomitting, not having diarrhoea and not in pain anymore because we feed him meat and vegetables (grinded), 2 hard boiled eggs a week, fish oil rich in Omega 3, milk thistle capsule and turmeric capsule. The vet said that his liver feels flexible (March) as compared to when it was hard in January. His blood test came out better in March than in January. Actually January she prepare us about putting him to sleep when he is in too much pain. But my boy survived. The epilude in his mouth has shrunken. The tumor on his right leg was small but is now smaller.
In singapore you need to search online or go to Nature shops .... search for Organic Cold Pressed Flaxseed oil. The Budwig Diet talks about 1 part Flaxseed oil to 2 parts Quark (german Quark, dutch Kwark). Americans use Flaxseed oil and low fat cottage cheese. It seems there is a German supermarket in ??? forgot, got to do a search on google.
For my dog when I use the low fat cottage cheese he still had the fever. A few brands of Kwark sold here, only one brand he takes that suits him (meaning he got no fever).
It's not a cure for cancer but it shrinks the tumor and keeps it from growing. Some humans and dogs are lucky to survive but some don't make it. My dog was blessed to survive it. In January he was very ill but from end February onwards with his changed diet he is much much better and healthier.
We stopped giving him any form of dog food since 1st February. Last week we gave him a doggie snack and he was threatening to throw up. So that too we stopped.
You search on google Budwig Diet and canine cancer .... and can read what others write. My dog is 4.3 kg so I give him 1 tsp of Organic cold pressed flaxseed oil blended with 2 tsp or 3 tsp low fat Kwark. Must blend til totally blended and no sign of oil. I give this combo 3 times a day. Bigger dogs will consume more.
The milk thistle capsule I gave to my dog is to help the liver get better .... also helped to cure him of his cataracts on both eyes (in 2 weeks).
Meat -- we give him Beef. We buy meat, cut to small pieces and cook for 10 minutes or so to kill any bacteria. If healthy dog, no need to cook. Then we freeze the meat in small portions. Every day he gets 100 gms of meat. Vegetables -- for cancer, we buy paprika (capsicum), spinach, cabbage, brocolli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, ginger and courgette (zuccini) -- everything is cut to small pieces and we freeze it. Everyday I take out a bit of every vegetables (raw) and grind with the defrosted meat. He eats that for 2 meals. Then, another 2 meals is just meat alone. Healthy dogs can eat more varieties of vegetables. Don't give pork. Chicken .... here the chicken like got alot of hormones injected to them. Cows too. But we cannot afford to buy him organic meat.
For me my dog is my son and I his mother. I will take a bullet for him, just like he will take a bullet for me.
Based on my research in end of January for Canine cancer, 100 lbs dog (45 kg dog) is 6 tablespoons of flaxseed oil per day. 50 lbs dog (22 kg) is 3 tbsp flaxseed oil per day. 25 lbs (11 kg dog) is 1 and half tbsp oil per day. My dog is 4.3 (was 4.7kg) I give him 1 tbsp of flaxseed oil per day.
I started with a quarter teaspoon oil with half tsp low fat kwark, mixed it really good till no oil is seen, then feed the dog. Have to start small amount and I built it up over weeks until he reach 3 tsp (1 tbsp) per day. This is to avoid diarrhoea. He was shitting bloody poop in the beginning and I had no idea if any of his organs are damaged. But thank God his bloody poop stopped after a week. The bloody poop happened because of the stupid painkiller medication that stripped a part of his stomach lining. But luckily that stopped.
So you need to calculate your dog's weight and give accordingly. My dog has cancer so I give max 3 teaspoons (1 tbsp) per day.
The organic cold pressed flaxseed oil, has to be kept in the fridge because it can spoil. So everyday when open the bottle have to smell it to see if it went bad. Mine so far has not gone bad. We buy 250 ml bottles here. The low fat kwark sold in dutch supermarkts .... one tub once opened to be used within 4 days but we give him until 3 days because we notice that when we give him 4 day old kwark he gets diarhoea. So husband and I and the dog consume the kwark everyday to help finish the tub by 3rd day. The 1 part flaxseed oil blended with 2 parts or more low fat Kwark will become a new product and is rich in omega 3 and will go into the cells and give oxygen .... this is what I read. I believe it because my boy is energised.

Dr Budwig was a german lady, so she used Quark (Kwark) in her explanations. But the americans maybe don't have Quark or Kwark ... they use low fat cottage cheese. I think low fat cottage cheese can be bought in your NTUC. For my dog I tried the low fat cottage cheese for a day but he still had fever. So I used low fat French Kwark (sold here). I had to try quite a few brands before I got the one that was suitable for him.
Lastly, the spoon that you use for the oil DON'T use that to scoop the kwark or cottage cheese, the kwark will spoil or go bad. I normally use 2 spoons.

At first I didn't know if this Flaxseed oil and Kwark will work but I was not prepared to loose my 8yr old miniature pincher ... so I prayed and then tried it. Praise God, it works for my boy. 02/03/12 --His body feels on and off warm. We are praying for a healing on the fever. We are also praying that his glucose levels don't go high and we are also praying that his kidneys are working fine (his last blood test shows that his kidney was slightly stressed).
It's been a yo yo effect on me, one moment I am glad especially when his body is cool and then when his body warms up I get slightly depressed. BUT I must continue to have faith and trust in our Lord. Everything is in HIS Hands. He knows the future and He controls everything. I will keep praising God during good times and not so good times. I pray He gives me the strength and courage.
I am a nervous wreck right now. I worry too much. Yesterday I told a friend of mine to give all her worries to our LOrd and that He will take care of it and look at me now, worrying till I can hardly breathe (breathing through my mouth now). Junior looks ok except for a slight warmth. I SHOULD NOT worry! Worrying doesn't change a thing. I must just pray, but how much harder can I pray than I am doing right now. I must have FAITH and TRUST. Yes TRUST Him totally. Totally!!!

03/03/12 --I am feeding him flaxseed oil and quark (a sort of cottage cheese???). Alex happened to buy a different brand of quark from another supermarkt. So I concluded that that particular brand of quark doesn't suit him. He started getting warm. Just like previously when we gave him low fat cottage cheese and he had fever (meaning the cancer is working????). So yesterday Alex bought the one from this german supermarkt and after 2 feedings his fever went down. Praise God.
Looks like he is able to take quark that is sold in 2 supermarkets. Anything else don't seem to work.
He has this little tumor on his right leg between the elbow and paw, it's pea sized. When he has fever that pea sized tumor grows but when his fever is down, that tumor practically vanishes to just a line. I remember telling Alex last year about this particular bubble/bumb. He as usual says that all dogs have this sort of bumbs. Oh well. Now it's important that I keep giving him his flaxseed oil and quark and pray that our Lord blesses him with remission.
I normally give him 2.5 teaspoons of oil the whole day but I am going to increase to 3 teaspoon for a few days. I was afraid to give too much in case his pancreas is affected with too much of oil. May our Lord bless me in this addition of oil and that when I give to him that he doesn't get any problems. Bless me as I make it Lord, Bless Junior as he consumes the concoction oh God.
05/03/12 -- He is ok the past few days (after the fever). He is being pampered and loved and doted upon by both his dad and mom.
I increased his flaxseed oil a teeny weeny bit and praying that it keeps the tumors away. Those tumors are not wanted in his and our lives.
08/03/12 -- Junior is EXCELLENT these last 2 days. Prior to that he had a very slight fever but that was gone hours later. He eats (soupy food, since he still doesn't touch his water since a month ago), plays and sleeps. Some days he has more energy than others. He is looking and behaving better than 2 years ago I should say.
He is still fed meat (cooked for a few minutes to kill any bacteria), raw vegetables such as, courgette (zucini), cabbage, brussels sprouts, capsicum, spinach, broccoli, small piece of ginger. He gets vegetables at least in 2 meals a day. Then the rest of the day I might give a small piece of meat in a bit more water in case he is thirsty. He still gets his Flaxseed oil and Quark combo. I am now keeping it at 2 teaspoons of oil for the whole day. Supplements are 1 capsule turmeric and 3/4 capsule Milk Thistle. Once a week he gets a teeny bit of Omega 3 capsule (I puncture a hole in the capsule, squeeze some out for Junior and Alex consumes the rest). I don't want to overload his pancreas???
He poops normal colour now and his urine seems to look like light yellow. I hope his kidneys are working fine. Also that he doesn't get high glucose readings. But looking at the way he behaves I think he is fine with regards glucose levels. We try to keep him active after meals, to burn some glucose *smile* ....

My time in the kitchen has lessened because I used to give him 5 times half teaspoon of flaxseed oil and the Quark (washing up after that). Then maybe about 6 times with his food, every 3 hours (washing up again *smile*). But these last couple of days I wash less because I give him 2 dose of Flaxseed oil (every 12 hours) and 3 meals spread through out the day (but in between I do give him that water with a piece of meat). I have to time everything so that I don't give him his food too soon (for the glucose in blood sake).
09 -03 -12 -- I have reduced his FOCC to 2 teaspoons of flaxseed oil per day

Junior -- February 2012
01/02/12 -- My day with Junior - one of the loves of my life. --
Today is 1st February 2012. This morning Junior woke up, standing there in bed and I got up straightaway. Brought him downstairs and he peeped a noise. Then he and me slept on the couch. Soon he got up and just stood there. He was in pain. Today for the first time he cried in pain. Alex later gave him a shot of pain killer medication and we hoped he felt better. He slept.
Later I heated up his meat and bouillon and added Milk thistle in it.
Today I feel torn, torn within me at the prospects of loosing my most precious love to death. I need to work within myself to let him go to God. God is Almighty, the whole earth and everything in it belongs to God. I will put my total trust in Him that He will take care of my baby dog and take Junior when He is ready.
It's very painful to go through the tough times of a little dog that is said to have cancer. Junior pooped bloody stool this afternoon. We brought him to the garden and before that he shitted dark blackish poop. Then after a run around in the garden, he shitted again and this time it was bloody reddish poop. So we came home and Alex called the vet and he was informed that Meloxidyl (the painkiller) can cause that. He was advised to come get a bottle of another medication that will give a lining to his stomach. I googled Meloxidyl Metaxicam and it says that this can cause a rupture in the stomach .... some dogs get renal and kidney failure. So what's the use of giving him something that will kill him eventually through bloody stool and anemic. What a heart ache. Anyway, Junior at the garden ran like a free animal, not on leash, what I wanted always for him. Run free boy. He came home and humped his toy doll. I told Alex that I don't feel like giving Meloxidyl to him, if that is going to kill him. I read that Budwig's Protocol (1 part flaxseed oil and 2 parts cottage cheese) given to dog's with cancer made them cancer free. I am praying for this miracle for my dog. We also give him Milk Thistle, turmeric and his two meals consist of meat, brocolli and spinach. He enjoys this mix. He is totally not drinking water these 2 days so I add more water to his meat, brocolli and spinach mix. Plus he is very willing to drink the milk. The bloody stool gave us a scare today (according to the vet it's his stomach lining). Anyway, his last poop showed no blood. I just want my boy to die of old age or at the time Our Lord wants to take him home, not by this evil disease.
02/02/12 -- Junior -- NO pain --- Thanks to all your prayers and ours -Today, our doggie woke up at 9 am instead of 6am in the morning and he showed no signs of pain. We thank the Lord, we thank you for helping us with your prayers. Please help us by giving your continued prayer support. He also humped his toy two times. Right now he is shacked and on his bed resting. His urine is almost white and he is pooping almost normal. There is something else I noticed. His eyes, he used to have those cloudiness within the lens. I can normally see it very clearly and that would have eventually blinded him. GOOD NEWS is that I don't see a huge cloudiness in both his eyes, just a teeny weeny bit. All the herbs supplement must be healing him from the inside. I praise God Almighty that He is watching over our family and pet. I thank God on my bended knees. We continue to pray for healing and that my boy survives this episode of difficulty. There is still tomorrow and I can, we can only pray that tomorrow he has no pain. The last weeks when I said that he is threatening to throw up, it was not. It was pain that made him stand that way. Tomorrow is another day and I just have to go before God for fresh blessings and protection on him.
03/02/12 -- Praise God -- Junior full of energy today. Thank you my friends for your prayer support. Junior had a little discomfort in the morning but didn't cry, he just looked uncomfortable. But after mid day, our dear friend is FULL OF ENERGY. Alex and I feel too old right now to keep up with him. We start the day praying for healing. Then I make his food (for the whole day - meat, brocolli, spinach in a very soupy base. He is not drinking any water since 3 days ago. But I have added more water to his meals so that he has no choice but to drink the liquid first. He is running to urine way too often. (According to 2 weeks ago blood test his kidneys are functioning fine and he has no diabetes). But the frequent urination started the day after that Painkiller we gave Meloxicam. We are praying that he doesn't get kidney failure because of that. I still give him Flaxseed oil and cottage cheese (2 times a day), 1 turmeric capsule and 3/4 capsule of Milk Thistle. He had cataracts in both the eyes and Milk Thistle cured him of that. He has a teeny weeny amount of cloudiness now. Today he is behaving like a puppy full of energy. We pretend to laugh alot so that he thinks we are happy. We don't talk negative things to him or when he is around. We tell him that pa and ma worship Jesus and that we pray that Junior is healed. He listens as though he understands. I need to change my attitude and learn to live in faith instead of feelings. The time before 12 noon I am a nervous wreck, praying and praying. But when I see him behaving playful then my mood changes to be happy and not so worried. Tomorrow, I will just live in faith and trust in our Lord. THANK YOU SO MUCH for your prayer support, we all needed it. I am praying that the herbs that our Lord has put on this earth are helping him get renewal of his liver and that one tumor near the beginning of his small intestine is gone. That the tumor in his liver is eradicated. Thank you Melody, Simon, Ron and Desiree. Honestly, I, we wouldn't have gone this far without these prayer support. I used to think that I was to be the one destined to give prayer support but now it's I, we who need it. Thanks to all my other friends to have helped us with prayers too.
04/02/12 -- He slept through the whole night and woke up with no pain. Praise God. Yesterday he managed to lick water 6 times which is still too little. This morning his dad gave him water and he licked a couple of slurps. I am making his meal soon and going to make him drink the soupy drink. For the last couple of years his stomach made alot of noise. Something is making his body pump stomach acids into the stomach and I think that is the one that hurts him each morning. Since we gave him the stomach protector (a solution that coats his stomach) he is ok. We are praying that what ever that is causing the stomach acid is gone. I suspect it's the tumor near his little intestine. He could be having Gastrinoma. Anyway, we are rebuking the tumor cells and praying for healing. It snowed yesterday and Junior enjoyed that very much. He just wanted to walk and walk (according to his dad).
05/02/12 -- Junior Today -- What I noticed the past 2 days is his stomach is not pumping much acid (that is the cause of his discomfort in the mornings). Praise God and thanks to all who kept him in your prayers. He refuses to drink water, we have no idea why? I do camouflage his water in his meals but after 8 pm, it's a battle to get him to drink some liquid. Yesterday he refused to take his stomach lining medication. He is playing as per normal. Our Lord gave us 8 splendid years with him and I will thank Him for every new day He gives. As long as God is the Head of this house, I am not going to worrry or be fearful. God knows everything, why, when, how, who etc. As for today, we pray for strength just for today.

Increased Flaxseed oil and Cottage cheese this week. Junior's cataracts are disappearing thanks to Milk Thistle. Included eggs and liver on alterate days. Junior feeling fantastic. Playful and also very hungry all the time.

Junior is still on Flaxseed oil/ Low fat cottage cheese. 1 capsule Turmeric half capsule of Milk Thistle. We gave him a 500 mg capsule of Fish oil on Tuesday. Junior is still feeling fantastic. Very active and hungry too.
16/02/12 -- Update on Junior --- Praise God
OK, so far this week he hasn't got the fever. His cataracts are TOTALLY gone and his stomach is not pumping much juice till it hurts him in the morning.
He is so full of energy and hungry all the time. He seems to like to walk alot according to the father. I bring him only on short walks.
He thinks I am the BEST chef in the whole wide world because he eats his food with such pleasure.
We are still giving him the Flaxseed oil and low fat cottage cheese combo but I want to reduce the milk thistle and turmeric because I read yesterday that milk thistle and turmeric are antioxidants and antioxidants will interfere with the Budwig Protocol (Flaxseed oil Cottage cheese). What I read said that natural things is ok and I am thinking Milk thistle and Turmeric are natural. I don't know what to do.
I have been reading alot of success stories on this flaxseed oil and cottage cheese putting humans and dogs in remission (some didn't make it) and I, we are still praying that Junior will be blessed by our Lord to be also in remission.
He has lost some weight though and Alex thinks it's because of the change in diet. He gets meat and vegetable on all days. Egg and liver on alternate days. Seems dogs don't have cholestrol problem (I don't know how true that is).
So we continue to pray and lift him up to our Lord and wait patiently. I don't know what God's plans are for us but we will TRUST HIM.
I have to also say that I have no idea what is going on in his body, only a blood test and a scan will tell us something but we will wait on that till after a couple of months.
18/02/12 -- Update on Junior, our doggie.
He is okay and playing when he is not sleeping. That cute little fellow. How I love him.
Anyway, Praise God that he seems to have better bladder control these last 2 days. Previously he had good bladder control but after we gave him that Meloxicam for pain and thereafter he had bloody stool, he seemed to rush to urine after meals. He was urining twice in 15 minutes. But these last 2 days he eats his meals and goes back to his place. I praise God for that.
He had some pale looking spot on his lower lip and that is slowly becoming smaller --- Praise our Lord.
I, we would like to THANK all of you who have kindly kept him in your prayers, thank you so very much.
If I may ask --- can you kindly join me in praying that he doesn't get pancreatis. I have been giving him flax oil and cottage cheese, he is getting 1.5 teaspoon of oil per day. I am afraid to increase that in case he has too much of oil/fat in his system and that his pancreas will not be able to work that out. I read sites that says they give 3 tablespoon of flaxseed oil per day to their dogs (that weighs 60 lbs). Junior is just below 10 lb.
He has not begged for his kibbles (consisting of rice and other stuff) this last week. Again all glory be to God. What I read is that Cancer loves carbohydrates and sugar, so I am glad that he didn't beg for those bad food.
19/02/12 -- Sunday -- I gave Junior his FO treatment but with the real cottage cheese instead of kwark ..... he was quiet, not very active and his body was warm. Junior had a slight fever. I gave him cottage cheese instead of kwark (quark), I also added peas to his dinner, perhaps 5 peas.
Week 4
20/02/12 -- Monday - Junior vomitted bile in our bed. Body still warm. Gave him morning dose of flaxseed oil and cottage cheese. Alex bought the real kwark (low fat) today. Junior was still quite warm. I made the FO and kwark mix with a bit of milk and he gulped it down. One hour later his body is not warm anymore. Junior is back to his active self. Praise God.
Mid afternoon I gave him flaxseed oil with kwark and within the hour his fever was gone. Praise our Lord.
20/2/12-- After nearly 2 weeks of no fever, his body is warm today. He licked my face just now and his tongue felt warm. So I gave him his flaxseed oil and qwark mixture. Yesterday he was not so active. Praying all goes well again.
Next week we might bring him to the Vet to check his blood. It should show cancer??? CBC test. I have no idea but I read it yesterday and so we will bring him next week God willing.
Everyday I search the internet for people who had success with this Budwig Protocol and I feel hopeful about Junior. Ultimately it's our Lord who has to be one who gives the healing. Still praying.

22/02/12 -- Wednesday -- Junior is well. He still gets about 2 and half teaspoon of flaxoil daily. I noticed he had a small bumb on his right leg but it was a soft mass.
23/02/12 -- Thursday -Junior doing excellent today. Hungry as usual. How I love that boy. Muah!!!
My heart says - Junior is going to be ok
Might be too early to say but that's what I am feeling these 2 days, that he might make it after all.
Prayers and change of diet and maybe the Budwig Protocol (flaxseed oil and quark). He had fever on Sunday and early monday because he was fed flaxseed oil and cottage cheese. He also threw up in bed. But monday afternoon onwards he has been in excellent health - Praise God.
I think and feel that as long as the fever is not there, that the cancer cells are not active. I am not too sure on that
Those success stories of dogs with cancer and going into remission using the Budwig Protocol, well, some of them lived till old age. So it's possible that this diet is doing Junior good. We're still praying and leaving everything to our Saviour. He knows best. I mean the Rapture could happen anytime and maybe our Lord wishes to bring Junior home first. *smile* .... Anyway, I leave it all to Him.
I have added Brussels sprouts to his meal now. Meat, 1 brussels sprout, brocolli, spinach, capsicum, kale. Alternate days he gets 1 egg and small bit of calf's liver. He gets total 2 and half teaspoon of Flaxseed oil for the whole day. He gets 3/4 capsule of Milk Thistle and 1 capsule of Turmeric. I also give him half Omega 3 capsule once a week. I don't want to overload his systems. I have no idea what is going on inside of his body. I just pray and then do what I think I should do. He also get a small baby carrot once a day. He needs that Beta carotene???
Next week he is going for a blood test to check his CBC .... yet to do research on that. I mean those dogs that survived cancer had this sort of tests done and that's how the owners knew that their dogs were cancer free. Thankfully the cost of this test is not so expensive. Was 27 euro.
If only I knew of this Budwig Protocol I would have asked my sister to do it and maybe she might still be alive today.

But sunday and early monday I gave him Flaxseed oil and cottage cheese (that's when the fever came back and that's how I think cottage cheese is not working for him. Monday afternoon onwards he was back on Flaxseed oil and Kwark (quark) and he is all good again.
24/02/12 -- Friday -- Junior is doing FANTASTIC today. He is like a new puppy. I gave him 5 times half Teaspoon of Flaxseed oil and quark. Tomorrow I plan to just give him 2 times 1 teaspoon of flaxseed oil and kwark and 1 time half teaspoon of oil. He gets a total of 2 and half teaspoon of flaxseed oil. We added Brussels sprouts to his meal now.
25/03/12 -- All OK here.-- Praise God. Junior is well and fine. We are slowly going back to our normal life. Prayers are what keeps us going. Thank you all who have kindly kept us in your prayers. We are GOOD now.

27/03/12 --Junior's Blood Test on liver looks better today -- All Praises to God!
So we brought Junior to the Vet today for a blood test, testing Liver enzymes. She said that the results were looking better than the previous time. All praises to God Almighty.
But his glucose went up slightly and that's because he gets better food according to the doctor. Still I pray, we pray that he will not enter into the diabetic zone. One other item is still not good in his liver- Alt. That we have to pray harder that that problem is resolved. Anyway, another item ( Alkaline Phosphatase) was not readable by the machine the previous time because it was so very high but this time gave a reading and that according to her went down and that his liver is functioning even better than a month ago.
So all in all my boy is doing slightly better where his LIVER is concerned. She felt his tummy area and said that she didn't feel that hardness that was there the previous time, that it felt more flexible. So that's GREAT NEWS!!!!! All praises to God!!!!!!!!!

Today is 1st February 2012. This morning Junior woke up, standing there in bed and I got up straightaway. Brought him downstairs and he peeped a noise. Then he and me slept on the couch. Soon he got up and just stood there. He was in pain. Today for the first time he cried in pain. Alex later gave him a shot of pain killer medication and we hoped he felt better. He slept.
Later I heated up his meat and bouillon and added Milk thistle in it.
Today I feel torn, torn within me at the prospects of loosing my most precious love to death. I need to work within myself to let him go to God. God is Almighty, the whole earth and everything in it belongs to God. I will put my total trust in Him that He will take care of my baby dog and take Junior when He is ready.
It's very painful to go through the tough times of a little dog that is said to have cancer. Junior pooped bloody stool this afternoon. We brought him to the garden and before that he shitted dark blackish poop. Then after a run around in the garden, he shitted again and this time it was bloody reddish poop. So we came home and Alex called the vet and he was informed that Meloxidyl (the painkiller) can cause that. He was advised to come get a bottle of another medication that will give a lining to his stomach. I googled Meloxidyl Metaxicam and it says that this can cause a rupture in the stomach .... some dogs get renal and kidney failure. So what's the use of giving him something that will kill him eventually through bloody stool and anemic. What a heart ache. Anyway, Junior at the garden ran like a free animal, not on leash, what I wanted always for him. Run free boy. He came home and humped his toy doll. I told Alex that I don't feel like giving Meloxidyl to him, if that is going to kill him. I read that Budwig's Protocol (1 part flaxseed oil and 2 parts cottage cheese) given to dog's with cancer made them cancer free. I am praying for this miracle for my dog. We also give him Milk Thistle, turmeric and his two meals consist of meat, brocolli and spinach. He enjoys this mix. He is totally not drinking water these 2 days so I add more water to his meat, brocolli and spinach mix. Plus he is very willing to drink the milk. The bloody stool gave us a scare today (according to the vet it's his stomach lining). Anyway, his last poop showed no blood. I just want my boy to die of old age or at the time Our Lord wants to take him home, not by this evil disease.
02/02/12 -- Junior -- NO pain --- Thanks to all your prayers and ours -Today, our doggie woke up at 9 am instead of 6am in the morning and he showed no signs of pain. We thank the Lord, we thank you for helping us with your prayers. Please help us by giving your continued prayer support. He also humped his toy two times. Right now he is shacked and on his bed resting. His urine is almost white and he is pooping almost normal. There is something else I noticed. His eyes, he used to have those cloudiness within the lens. I can normally see it very clearly and that would have eventually blinded him. GOOD NEWS is that I don't see a huge cloudiness in both his eyes, just a teeny weeny bit. All the herbs supplement must be healing him from the inside. I praise God Almighty that He is watching over our family and pet. I thank God on my bended knees. We continue to pray for healing and that my boy survives this episode of difficulty. There is still tomorrow and I can, we can only pray that tomorrow he has no pain. The last weeks when I said that he is threatening to throw up, it was not. It was pain that made him stand that way. Tomorrow is another day and I just have to go before God for fresh blessings and protection on him.
03/02/12 -- Praise God -- Junior full of energy today. Thank you my friends for your prayer support. Junior had a little discomfort in the morning but didn't cry, he just looked uncomfortable. But after mid day, our dear friend is FULL OF ENERGY. Alex and I feel too old right now to keep up with him. We start the day praying for healing. Then I make his food (for the whole day - meat, brocolli, spinach in a very soupy base. He is not drinking any water since 3 days ago. But I have added more water to his meals so that he has no choice but to drink the liquid first. He is running to urine way too often. (According to 2 weeks ago blood test his kidneys are functioning fine and he has no diabetes). But the frequent urination started the day after that Painkiller we gave Meloxicam. We are praying that he doesn't get kidney failure because of that. I still give him Flaxseed oil and cottage cheese (2 times a day), 1 turmeric capsule and 3/4 capsule of Milk Thistle. He had cataracts in both the eyes and Milk Thistle cured him of that. He has a teeny weeny amount of cloudiness now. Today he is behaving like a puppy full of energy. We pretend to laugh alot so that he thinks we are happy. We don't talk negative things to him or when he is around. We tell him that pa and ma worship Jesus and that we pray that Junior is healed. He listens as though he understands. I need to change my attitude and learn to live in faith instead of feelings. The time before 12 noon I am a nervous wreck, praying and praying. But when I see him behaving playful then my mood changes to be happy and not so worried. Tomorrow, I will just live in faith and trust in our Lord. THANK YOU SO MUCH for your prayer support, we all needed it. I am praying that the herbs that our Lord has put on this earth are helping him get renewal of his liver and that one tumor near the beginning of his small intestine is gone. That the tumor in his liver is eradicated. Thank you Melody, Simon, Ron and Desiree. Honestly, I, we wouldn't have gone this far without these prayer support. I used to think that I was to be the one destined to give prayer support but now it's I, we who need it. Thanks to all my other friends to have helped us with prayers too.
04/02/12 -- He slept through the whole night and woke up with no pain. Praise God. Yesterday he managed to lick water 6 times which is still too little. This morning his dad gave him water and he licked a couple of slurps. I am making his meal soon and going to make him drink the soupy drink. For the last couple of years his stomach made alot of noise. Something is making his body pump stomach acids into the stomach and I think that is the one that hurts him each morning. Since we gave him the stomach protector (a solution that coats his stomach) he is ok. We are praying that what ever that is causing the stomach acid is gone. I suspect it's the tumor near his little intestine. He could be having Gastrinoma. Anyway, we are rebuking the tumor cells and praying for healing. It snowed yesterday and Junior enjoyed that very much. He just wanted to walk and walk (according to his dad).
05/02/12 -- Junior Today -- What I noticed the past 2 days is his stomach is not pumping much acid (that is the cause of his discomfort in the mornings). Praise God and thanks to all who kept him in your prayers. He refuses to drink water, we have no idea why? I do camouflage his water in his meals but after 8 pm, it's a battle to get him to drink some liquid. Yesterday he refused to take his stomach lining medication. He is playing as per normal. Our Lord gave us 8 splendid years with him and I will thank Him for every new day He gives. As long as God is the Head of this house, I am not going to worrry or be fearful. God knows everything, why, when, how, who etc. As for today, we pray for strength just for today.

Junior's Journey - January 2012
Borrowed Time
We are all living in borrowed time. Nothing on earth is ours permanently. Parents have been lent to us. Our siblings have been loaned to us. Our spouses. Our children. Our pets. Everything has been lent to us for a time or times. So nothing is ours permanently. Except G-d. He is our Permanent.
To the world life goes on. But to me life seems to stand still.
I wish I had more time with Junior but I know someday he will have to go away.
Anyway, today we had a good day playing and eating food. But Junior refuses to drink water. Prayed alot today.
Junior Week 1
30/01/12 - Last week we found out that Junior had tumors in his body. Our world felt like it crashed. It took us a few days to take all in. Then started searching the internet and read alot about other dogs with Cancer. Alex and I cried alot this week.
Started Junior on Flaxseed oil/Cottage cheese 3/4 capsule Milk Thistle 1 capsule Turmeric Food was meat and vegetables.

30/01/12 - Last week we found out that Junior had tumors in his body. Our world felt like it crashed. It took us a few days to take all in. Then started searching the internet and read alot about other dogs with Cancer. Alex and I cried alot this week.
Started Junior on Flaxseed oil/Cottage cheese 3/4 capsule Milk Thistle 1 capsule Turmeric Food was meat and vegetables.

Visit to the VET

we explained to the vet what was happening to J boy and she said there is nothing to be concerned about. All dogs will vomit or threaten to vomit. Unless he vomits frequently and lost his appetite or is not active, then should we be concerned. I said that my boy seems to be unwell on mostly weekends and on holidays and the vet and her nurse agreed and they laughed. Weekend costs is double and on holidays is triple the cost. So I said that maybe I could have some medication on standby to which she said that it was not necessary. Anyway, we have forced fed Junior bits of food today even though he didn't want them. Too bad Junior, you will have to eat 6 small meals everyday instead of 1 big one.
